  | Barnacle Goose in a flock of Canada Geese at the Yakima Area Arboretum. First seen on about Nov. 15 by John Hebert and Richard Repp on Buchanan Lake. It, unfortunately, is an escaped bird. I have talked to the owner, who has a private collection of swans, geese and ducks north of Selah, WA who said he had one fly away from his pond north of Selah, WA in early November 2007. It amazingly returned to his place two weeks after it left and he was able to catch it. It is still a nice bird to see. November 25, 2007. Viewed: 2026 times.
