Swallow-tailed Gull at Carkeek Park in Seattle, WA, that was found by Ryan Merrill. This gull nests in Peru and, a few, in Columbia. If accepted, this is the first record for Washington and only the second accepted record in the United States. Aug. 31, 2017. Digiscoped.
