Merlin with a full crop sitting on a power pole along Sheep Company Rd. just south of Miles Rd. north of Selah, WA. While I was photographing this Merlin, a second one flew over my head, then over a shed and landed on the power pole just north of Miles Rd. with lunch in its talons (next photo). Dec. 9, 2017.
